FINAL FANTASY XIV Online presents two main types of quests: story quests that unravel the main narrative and Levequests, which serve as engaging side quests available through the Adventurers' Guild. As you gain experience points, more story quests will become accessible, while completing Levequests will enhance your reputation with three different factions.

In contrast to its predecessor, FINAL FANTASY XIV Online offers a wealth of solo content, allowing players to enjoy the game independently.
